- Those who ranked up can get the emblem rewards with: !getrankupreward 0 <ranknum>
  Example: !getrankupreward 0 5
  (there are 1, 2, 3, 4 then 5, 10,15,20,25,30,35-74)
- If you want to mute a player, you can do it by typing !mute <codename> and !unmute <codename> if you want to unmute them.

Bug Fixes
- Fix internal id issue
- Give out emblems on rank up
- Competitive channels (ch4 and ch5) disallow transformers and speeds greater than 2.1 are not allowed
- The training leaderboard is now saving and loading the times of players
