HOW TO ENABLE/SEE KOREAN LANGUAGE

First go to "Control Panel and find Clock and Region,
if u cant find it click the view by at the left upper right and set it to category
You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

Set the format to English
You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

After you set it to english go to Administrative Tab
You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

Click "Change for system locale and it to "Korea"
You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
Click apply and it will prompt you to restart your computer click "Restart" to apply the changes.
